What this is Stele is a training log. You may use it on your own devices, for yourself. You keep everything you enter; we claim nothing in it.

It is not medical advice This matters more than anything else here. The app suggests loads, spots stalls, proposes deload weeks and reads recovery and body-weight figures. All of that is arithmetic over numbers you entered — not a diagnosis, not a prescription, and not supervision. It does not know your injuries, your medication or your history. Lifting weights carries risk of injury. Decide what to lift yourself, and consult a doctor or a qualified coach when it matters.

Your data is yours to keep Everything lives on your device. If you lose the device, reset it, or delete the app, the data goes with it. The app gives you an export and an automatic backup precisely so this is survivable — using them is your responsibility, and we cannot recover anything for you.

Composing a program with AI If you ask the app to write or convert a program, what you type and any file you attach are sent to our server and on to Anthropic, whose model answers. See the privacy policy for exactly what travels and what does not.

Two things are yours rather than ours. **What you send:** attach only what you have the right to send — a plan you bought or were given by a coach is usually someone else's copyright, and sending it is your decision, not ours. **What comes back:** a generated program is a suggestion produced by a machine from what you told it. It is not checked by a person, it is not medical or coaching advice, and it can be wrong. Read it before you train it, and change what does not suit you — the section above applies to it in full.

The number of conversations included is stated in the app and may change; a subscription buys access to the feature, not to any particular model or to a fixed number of words. The service may be slow or unavailable, and neither we nor Anthropic promise otherwise.

Services you connect yourself WHOOP, Apple Health, Health Connect and any cloud folder you choose belong to other companies and are governed by their terms. Stele is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by WHOOP or any of them. If one of those services changes or stops working, the affected feature may stop with it.

No warranty The app is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind. We do not promise it is free of defects, that it suits any particular purpose, or that it will always be available.

Limits To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for injury, lost training data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from using the app.

The app stores Apple and Google distribute the app but are not parties to these terms and have no obligation to support it. ## The Apple App Store This agreement is between you and the developer, not Apple; Apple is not responsible for the app or its contents. Your licence to use it on Apple-branded devices you own or control is the one granted by the App Store Terms of Service. The developer, not Apple, provides any maintenance and support. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price if there was one; beyond that Apple has no warranty obligation. The developer, not Apple, is responsible for any claim that the app or your use of it infringes intellectual property, fails to meet a legal requirement, or causes loss. You confirm you are not located in a country subject to a United States embargo, and are not on any United States list of prohibited or restricted parties. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

Google Play Google distributes the app and is not a party to these terms.

Changes These terms may change. If they change in a way that matters, the app will show you the new version and ask again. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept it.

Governing law These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Belarus, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer-law rules of the country where you live.
